How to implement the EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements – a practical guide

About the seminar:

In the context of digitalisation, outsourcing is a way to get access to new technologies and to achieve economies of scale. The European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines on outsourcing contain specific provisions for the outsourcing arrangements of financial institutions, including payment institutions and e-money institutions. The National Bank of Belgium has incorporated those guidelines within its supervisory practice and has clarified its expectations towards payment institutions and e-money institutions. To help you find your way through the requirements, Thomas Faelli will present a very concrete and pragmatic “road to compliance”.

Thomas Faelli, Ethikos (associate member of PayBelgium)
